Acquisition of Double-U and WestWing in Breda

Investium is expanding its portfolio with two office buildings at the Westerhage business park in Breda: Double-U (approx. 3,800 sqm) and WestWing (approx. 3,600 sqm). The location is directly adjacent to the A16 motorway and within walking distance of Breda-Prinsenbeek railway station, providing excellent accessibility and visibility.

Double-U is being redeveloped into a modern multi-tenant concept with high-quality amenities. WestWing offers a quiet, professional working environment and benefits from the synergy with Double-U. For both properties, a sustainability programme has been initiated with the objective of upgrading to energy label A+++.

These acquisitions are in line with our value-add strategy, focused on optimising quality and lettability at promising locations. With this step, Investium strengthens its presence in the southern Netherlands, creating scope for further value growth and a balanced tenant mix.
