De'Longhi Group signs for 10 years in Breda!

De’Longhi Group has leased approximately 937 sqm of office space for 10 years in the ‘ComfortZone Breda’ building at Minervum 7032. This is the third transaction in this building in the past 12 months, confirming a healthy interest in this remarkable object.

‘ComfortZone Breda’ is a true eye-catcher with maximum attention value due to its location along the A27 motorway. The building features distinctive, timeless architecture, and offers companies the opportunity to be housed in an adequate and comfortable manner. Currently, there is still approximately 892 sqm of space available for rent.

De’Longhi is a producer and supplier of household items in 120 markets worldwide. Within their product line, the espresso machine is the most prominent. The company, of Italian origin, employs more than 9,000 workers. In 2020, the De’Longhi Group generated €2.35 billion in revenue. Since 2006, the Benelux branch has been located in Breda. The move to ‘ComfortZone Breda’ is aimed at further development and growth of the company.
