ComfortZone Offices sells Flight Forum 800 near Eindhoven Airport to Focus Real Estate. The property has an area of approximately 3,700 sqm and has been acquired by Focus Real Estate for its own portfolio. The largest tenant in the building is Onemed, a supplier of medical devices.

"The project in Eindhoven was 'completed' for us with the delivery to OneMed. With the sale of Flight Forum, we have released capital for new acquisitions in the future," said Michel Verkijk, Owner of Comfort Zone Offices.
